Due to the epidemic threat, all workshops at the zoo have been canceled until further notice.

The classes are intended for organized groups and their level is adjusted to the age of the participants.

Forms of workshops

• Educational classes in the field of biology, nature, ecology, etc., intended for children and adolescents. They take the form of workshops, which - depending on the chosen topic - can be additionally enriched by film projection, sound recordings, available preparations and educational aids, and in some cases also live animals. Some topics are carried out in the teaching pavilion, while others take place in the hall, in the pavilion, and then continue in the zoo. Educational classes are conducted on working days during the zoo's working hours. Classes for the youngest children last a maximum of one clock hour, while workshops for older students are planned for about 90 minutes.

• Guided tours of organized groups around the zoo.
  It is a form of educational activities carried out entirely in the zoo. During a 1.5-hour walk, the group traverses the zoo along one thematic route.
